If somebody finds themselves to be victims of discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, the law is reasonably clear on what your rights are.

But what if you are subjected to bullying in the workplace about something that isn’t actually true. If you are being labelled as a member of an ethnic or social group that you do not actually belong to with the intention being to cause offence.
